Summary: Had a little hiccup at checkin. Hotel Centro is dogs only, which didn't appear on the Hotels.com site. When we showed up with our cat, they originally weren't going to let us stay. They looked at the hotels.com site, verified it only said Pet Friendly, and said we could stay this time as long as we kept Stoney in his carrier through the public places. He usually walks on leash, but we agreed. The decor is lovely throughout, and everything was very comfortable. Our only other issue was a missing knob to set the temp inside our mini fridge, and miscommunications within the staff as to when maintenance could come. (We were told 9am Sunday morning, then at 10 were told oh, they don't come in till 11 on Sundays when we'd be out. We adjusted it with pliers and let it go.) All in all a lovely place, but we won't be able to come back with our travel buddy.
